If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn item within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in resalable condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be issued less any applicable processing and shipping charges.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:

• Special occasion wear
• Evening bags
• Undergarments
• Leggings
• Pierced earrings
• Hats
Sale and clearance items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Muskoka Bay Clothing is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.
Taxes & Duties
Canadian Orders
Orders are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
U.S. & International Orders
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees. Muskoka Bay Clothing is not responsible for any charges applied to a parcel once it has crossed the border.
Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments or packages returned to sender.
